Domestic Abuse Support
If you are navigating the frightening and isolating reality of relationship violence, please take a deep breath and read these words: you are not to blame, your safety matters, and you do not have to carry this terrifying burden alone. I am a survivor myself.
This section of our organisation is a strictly confidential, non-judgmental safe haven built on real lived experience.
I understand that domestic abuse takes many forms and is not always physical.
Whether you are facing coercive control, psychological manipulation, emotional isolation, or strict financial control that leaves you feeling trapped, your experience is entirely valid.
Sadly, baby loss, mental health struggles, and domestic abuse often go hand-in-hand, with one trauma feeding into another.
I want to explicitly point out that these challenges can happen to absolutely anyone—regardless of your age, gender, race, sexuality, background, or walk of life.
Abuse and trauma do not discriminate, and neither does our support. My organisation is a proudly inclusive, LGBTQ+ safe space.
Whether you are currently in an abusive relationship, trying to safely plan your exit, or healing from past trauma, my goal is to walk alongside you with deep empathy, providing a secure virtual peer network where you can be heard and supported.
You are not alone. You are not to blame. Help is available. If you are in immediate danger, please call 999. If you cannot speak out loud, press 55 when prompted to let the operator know your emergency is real.
